New Martinsville United Methodist Church

Pastor Mike has been appointed to serve in New Martinsville since 1999. He was previously a youth pastor and an associate pastor. A West Virginia University graduate with a B.S. degree in mathematics, Pastor Mike earned the Master of Divinity degree at Duke University. He serves as chairperson of Wetzel County Resource Network; a volunteer at New Martinsville School, with Cub Scouts, Wetzel County Hospital and other service/charity organizations. He is married to Jeana Atkinson, early childhood teacher in the Wetzel County Schools. They are the parents of two daughters - Mikaela (8) and Laura Rose (3).
